Picked these up in an antique mall recently in Brevard, NC. They are made from a three part mold and are embossed on the bottom with the letters P and T. In between the P and T is a lump of glass shaped like a chicken drumstick about 1" long. I suspect both came from the same mold. The glass has impurities in it, such as snow, straw lines and bubbles. There is what appears to be blot-out embossing in an arc on the front of each and an abbreviation under the arc. The tops are ground. Anyone have any info on these? Value? Maker? Note: The polka dots are from the table cloth.
