Wild tie wire job on this pink WT #1 [010]. It's all spliced together in a loop. Note the large, cloth-covered wire wrapped around the skirt below the wire groove, and a thinner, black rubber covered wire around the w/g. I guess that's one way to hack yourself a service drop. :o
