This is the CD 145 No Name [010] embossing. (Dome) H and its most likely Hemingray. This color is like some of the Brookfield pieces; sort of an Olive Amber. You can see some of the swirls in this piece. Now, if this only was an H.G.CO. // PETTICOAT!! Dream on!
