I still wonder just where they think they are putting that jumper wire that they have on the hot sticks. I understand the 6 wire double circuit going to the foreground of the photo and the 3 wire circuit heading to the left. I don't understand the 4 wire circuit heading to the upper right. Unless the job is simply unfinished. This newsletter was sent to my grandparents P.O. box when I was 12 and I wrote "UGH" in pencil on the cover. I resented the PUD sending it to us when we already had perfectly good service with Mountain States Power Co. |
