Picked this up in a collection recently, it looks like a stand with a mini insulator in it. Is it a commemorative or a Sales Man Sample? It is small, at about 3 1/2" tall and 3" wide at base. The base is wood and there is a glass cover with this little tiny insulator in it that looks like a CD 154. Anyone know what this thing is or ? Thanks Rick
