Very picturesque and cool (no pun intended, lol!) photo of this Vermont village after a snow/sleet and ice storm. Exact year unknown, however it was taken in April right after a late-season winter storm. On the left appear to be electric distribution circuits atop the pole line and subscriber circuits within enclosed cable strung below.
