Recently picked up this foreign(to this part of NY!) insulator in a local antique shop. The color is a light, bright yellow green-not quite as dark as the pic. There are two open bubble drips on the left side, a small ding next to MADE IN on the rear, a shallow 1/2" flake on the left upper wire groove, and a small scratch on the wire groove above the R.
