Up for grabs is a bright Hemingray blue [100] Hemingray CD 145 - the embossing style with sharp drips, and the MADE IN U.S.A. embossing on the front skirt. These pieces occur quite readily on the local Canadian Pacific telegraph circuits, though finding one in even reasonable condition (without large quantities of missing drips), is quite difficult. This fellow is one such culprit, with just 3 drips partially chipped in the rear skirt. Short of that, I see nothing wrong, and this bright blue fellow shines beautifully in backlit, or naturally sunlit conditions. If you like pretty insulators, then I can guarantee that you'll like this one. :)
