I had the pleasure of photographing this threadless piece today at a bottle show that I attended. The piece is not for sale and has been in a private collection for over thirty years. To my knowledge (and others who know about the piece) this is one of two known to exist. The other piece was broken in half and the two insulators were found together at a flea market in CT. From what I know the broken example was purchased from a collector in Chester, N.Y.

And yes, those are red swirls throughout the piece!
