A New Insulator Embossing: MA Knapp

Many folks, including myself thought this could be a poorly embossed Hemingray spool. But upon examination, you can clearly read "MA KNAPP" (front), and less clearly but still readable: CHICAGO ILL (reverse). This little fella measures 1 9/16" tall by 1 7/16 wide. A keeper indeed! New info provided by the seller confirms this piece was personally rescued from the dome area of the Whitley County, Indiana court house. Believe it or not! For closer view of embossing [id=24936470]. It was originally assigned CD 1087 but the measurements somehow were recorded incorrectly. Perhaps this is a new cd?
