A Mountain States Power Co. pole taken near Oceanlake, OR. in the 1950's. The suspension disks on the 24,000 volt line on top are nearly pulled sideways from the tight curve on the wires along Hwy. 101. The old silver painted transformer has been repainted and re-used on the 4000 volt line of this fairly new pole and is connected at 2300 volts in and 120/240 volts out to the lower cross arm.
