This is an example of the nice purple shade that can be found in Whitall Tatum insulators. This one is embossed: WHITALL TATUM CO. No 1 //MADE IN U.S.A. / 27 Not sure of the EIN on this one. I know that small amounts of WT No1s were used in my area of Southeast Florida. I removed a few, and found some along the RR tracks in the early 1970s.
