This one is embossed: L {in an oval} /LYNCHBURG // MADE IN NO 44 USA this is the EIN [070]. The color is one of those weird Lynchburg greens-what I call gray green. It has RDP. Fortunately for collectors there are a lot of strange color variations to collect in the Lynchburg CD 154s.
