Would you ride 400 miles round trip on a motorcycle and pay $100 for this lot? I did that today. My body is pretty beat up. I do feel better when I lookat all these gems that originted near Bristrol California. According to the lady that sold them to me, her husband was a line man out there. She had them shiped to Mass when she came to live with her daughter and son-in-law. Two of the whithal Tatums CD 154's are dark purple and six are light purple with very good color. They all have the embossing of an 010. Does anyone out in Icon land know why there is only a purple listed under that index number? There were three California's in the lot. One of the purple California CD 121's have a green streak in the dome. Very cool. The CC152 has some snot in the dome and a 3/8" bubble on one side. Any one know where I can get more info on the Strains? The biggest one in my pic is a light purple. The middle sized one is a light straw, while the smallest is off white with a blue tint. By the way, The lady through both the Johnny Balls and the Strains in when I started asking about the condition of all the insulators over the phone and emails. |
