Here is a closeup of one of the poles in photo 1. This as well as most of the poles are unbelievably short. They are about 15 feet tall with crossarms at 12 and 10 feet above the ground. Note the lone unattached beehive. This is a GTP TEL CO. I could almost reach it and would have tried climbing for it if it wasn't for the town and traffic on the highway.
