Winner, SD Line Replacement

The power line that lies on the right side of South County Road in Winner, SD is being moved over to the west a slight bit, due to the reconstruction of the road which involves widening it. The newer poles have this large open area between the active phases on top and the neutral wire at the bottom.

The older line being replaced used to be a double circuit line, probably 2400v. Around 2003 to 2004, the city electrical department removed one of the circuits, leaving just the one on top, and adding a neutral wire as well.
