This is a small 3KV unipart insulator marked Vaccari manufactured in 1952. This is white porcelain and the make is CN 560 type.

Previously this 3KV insulator was made in the 1920's with the Richard Ginori marking, then later the FIL, IMEC and lastly the Vaccari marking. I think this comes in the brown porcelain color too.

The dimensions are roughly 95mm tall by 125mm wide and the base is 71mm.
