Not your average ghost-embossed insulator, this Brookfield CD 102 caught my eye the first time I saw it as being probably the most dramatically ghost-embossed insulator I have owned! The piece is a [030] Brookfield CD 102, with sharp drips. Embossed diagonally across the front crown of the insulator are the letters "OOKFI"... so bold, you can actually run your fingers across the embossing and feel it just as easily as the normal Brookfield embossing on the front skirt! This combined with the proper placement, for maximum displayability, makes for one heck of a unique insulator!

The condition is about average for one of these, with some pretty hefty damage to the drips. Two drips in the rear are more or less completely chipped off from one base chip measuring approx. 1/2" long. There are 14 other drips nicked in some way (some are only barely nicked, with just the very tip missing). Sometimes you would swear the linemen dragged these things base-first along concrete or something to give them the base damage they have.
