Dan Culver brought this piece to our Spokane show for me to look at. I'm not real crazy about the 106 Stars like I am the 102's, but you take what you can find, you know ! It is a five dollar insulator with a hundred dollar nail nicely encased in the dome. Unlike many metal chunks that cause the glass to turn olive around the object, there are only a few bubbles clinging to an otherwise shiny nail. Even the grip marks for forming the nail head are clearly visible. Photos just cannot capture it, but it is cool ! Thanks Dan.
