Up for grabs this evening is an unusual colouration for these G.N.W. CD 145s. Not too often do you find this older mould style, with the big bold embossing and slightly more crude manufacturing, in these darker steel blue colourations. Much less abundant than the newer, "thin print" mould that also occurs readily in the royal purple shades. This one is almost the same colouration as the Canadian No. 2 cables that come in what is listed as "dark steel blue". I can't say I have found too many in such a nice colour, and this one absolutely sparkles in the sunlight. The condition is good, with just a couple shallow base flakes. There is one flake on the front base, just below the "TE" embossing, that measures 1/2" wide by 1/4" deep. Short of this, there is an area of tiny flakes on the rear base edge, measuring just 3/8" by 1/8". There is nothing about this insulator worthy of a frown, let me tell you. I am asking $16.00 U.S. for this nicely (and scarcely!) coloured G.N.W. CD 145. I accept PayPal, and personal cheques or money orders from any member of ICON, or anyone I've dealt with before. Please feel free to email me for more photos, or with any questions. I encourage you to look through my "For Sale (Not Sold)" stock, and combine items to save on shipping. All the best! |
