I bid on, but didn't win, this one. It is worthy of being posted, due to its unique features.

It is a three-part spool or standoff insulator, with two separate cemented-on teal-blue glass ends and the main body is green glass.

Height about 7 1/8 inches, diameter about 4 1/2 inches. No visible markings. This appears to be a Folembray product.
