This CD 126.3 is embossed on the front crown: PATENT / DEC 19 1871 and on the front skirt A.U. and on the rear skirt B. This one has a stray B on the reverse crown too, but I suspect it is 'ghost embossing'. The black crud shown in the skirt above and below the A.U. is inside the glass. The skirt glass has not been thoroughly cleaned, so it looks a little dingy. Picked up in 2008.
