I can't help but notice how they spliced the wires in this picture. This line may be in the process of being removed, and may be live, but I'm not sure if it's safe to properly terminate a line in this manner.

Update September 18th 2009: This line is no longer active, and the wires and hardware have been removed. The sodium light fixture remains.
