This pole is in the NW part of Madison, where the 2400v lines have already been upgraded to 13.8kv and placed underground. But, this pole still has some wires attached and hasn't been stripped of it's hardware. I will get some pictures of the bare poles as soon as I can, as the poles remain standing even after having been stripped of their hardware.
