I've had this for some time now and wonder if it is a Hemingray Oil Lamp but I don't know?

Two bands on the collar, loopy handle, but I don't know. Please help.

I have now been told that this lamp is not Hemingray. Not loopy enough handle . Thanks to Kim Borgman
