Here's an interesting CD 145 insulator with "B" embossed on the front – Brookfield product. This is the rounded base, MLOB variety [037]. The colour is yellow green with lots of tiny white specs in the glass.

This insulator has the biggest bubble / cavity I have ever seen. The bubble is 2'' wide and wraps around the skirt, wire groove and dome for 6", almost 70% around the circumference of the insulator. The threads are deformed as well.

The insulator also has no real inner skirt, with only ¼" to 1/8" visible. The area around the inner skirt is crudely and unevenly filled with glass.

This is a one of a kind insulator!

The insulator is in great shape, close to perfect, with only a annealing crack on the inner skirt and a 1/16" nick off of the inside edge of the rounded base. Considering the way it was made it's surprising it lasted this long.

The price is $225.00 which includes shipping within North America. Email for more info. Thanks for looking.
