Nice cobalt color with a even purple underlying tone. My camera does not pick this tone up and it shows only as cobalt. In person you can see the purple tone to this insulator. Embossed 1967 HEMAH TC-lll. Has a decent sized impact crack and fisheye on the rear and side skirt that does not show when displayed.
