This insulator likely came from the original Colgate -Oakland line based on the marking combination . The top has three hairline cracks in the collar and the usual rim chipping the base has a dime sized chip but is otherwise undamaged . The top and base appear to have been re-cemented .The color is a very pretty light sandy tan ..
