The most unique Brookfield 'B' CD 145 available this afternoon is no doubt this one - absolutely wonky and poorly made. Just swamped in character! This one is a B No. 44 CD 145 - the [070] embossing. It is noticeably misaligned from your first glance at it.

The entire dome portion of the mould appears to have been misaligned to the right when the insulator was made. There is a large ridge formed around the upper edge of the wire groove. Quite nicely visible in the photos, and in reality. If that weren't enough, there is also a large cavity/malformation on the inner skirt at the base of the threads. There is a large bubble/cavity open to the pinhole that removes the bottom portion of the threads on the rear half, and then continues down partially onto the inner skirt. There is also a bit of glass filling the gap between the inner skirt and the skirt on the right half of the front, presumably to compensate for the air bubble in the rear. The photos just don't show the piece well at all! [id=236180977;Click here] for a photo of the bubble from below.

The condition is good, with the only damage being a 1/2' by 3/8' dome fingernail flake on the rear dome, and a little bit of inner base edge flaking, as is normal for these. This one is a mould number 8. I'm asking $18.00 U.S. plus shipping for this one. I accept PayPal, and personal cheques or money orders from any member of ICON, or anyone I've dealt with before. Please feel free to email me for more photos, or with any questions. I encourage you to look through my "For Sale (Not Sold)" stock, and combine items to save on shipping. All the best!
