Available for your consideration this day is an absolute beauty of a Canadian Pacific Ry CO CD 143, in the [170] embossing style, and in a most unusual light steel blue, with distinct lavender tones. If you look at the piece from differing angles, some areas within the glass show a colouration that is more purple than blue, while the piece, overall, exhibits a steel blue colouration. In the right lighting, the piece looks more lavender than steel blue! A different colour to be sure, and certainly leaps and bounds from the normal aqua. The condition of this one is NM, with just a tiny, 1/8" long flat flake off the underside of the upper wire ridge in the rear, and a tiny bit of scratching on the rear skirt. The first letter "N" in CANADIAN, also has a chip on the left part of the "N", but with such small lettering, I'm sure you can imagine that this doesn't show up much at all. The top bar of the "F" in PACIFIC also has a tiny flake. I'm asking $12.00 U.S. plus shipping for this one. I accept PayPal, and personal cheques or money orders from any member of ICON, or anyone I've dealt with before. Please feel free to email me for more photos, or with any questions. I encourage you to look through my "For Sale (Not Sold)" stock, and combine items to save on shipping. All the best! |
