The colored rope reels mounted for wire pulling. The pulleys are mounted on the crossarms of each pole and these reels are mounted at the starting pole. When installed, new wire/conductors are tied to each rope and pulled in place. The phase wires are each their own colors and the neutral wire is the green rope reel on the bottom.
