I don't yet have one of these. Reportedly from Kazakhstan. Same nation as Borat ;-)

Apparently it is of recent production. The overall height is 11 cm, or about 4 3/8 inches. MLOD and there is a ridge around teh periphery of the top.

Thesre is a similar, but slightly shorter version from Uzbekistan, with smoother looking glass, slightly greener color and no top ridge.
