An enclosed style carbon arc light is suspended over this business community's business center. Note that the span wire supporting it is done so via a stancion atop the pole on the left. A locking pulley/winch mechanism at ground level on this pole was incorporated so that the fixture could be periodically maintained with ease from the ground.
