We were hunting a central Ohio rail-trail today. My son found a sizable chunk of an insulator and immediately stated that he had found a threadless. I thought it was an unembossed 731 or 732, but he was looking at it in the car on the way home and discovered that it had base embossing. When we got home, we looked it up in the book and what we found was a large chunk of a CD 729.6 with the [010] PT APPD FOR base embossing. We will return to the site with digging tools in due course. UPDATE: We went back to the site and took rakes to scrape the ground, but didn't find any more parts of this insulator, but we will keep hunting this line.
