This one looks to be of somewhat better quality and appearance, than other insulators from that nation

D.P.R.K. is Democratic People's Republic of Korea, also known as North Korea, or occasionally as Kim Jong-Il's Workers' Paradise ;-)

Well, they apparently produce white porcelain insulators, as well as launching their missiles willy-nilly over other nations' airspace.
