Here is a photo of 4 No Name 102's. The far left one is the greenest one I've ever seen, then aqua, milky aqua, and green aqua. These (I have been corrected) are NOT to be confused with those listed on page 28 of McD's Price Guide under NN-Canada [020] which are TRUE unmarked NW&BIT's with a comma. MY MISTAKE. These could be unmarked star/Elmer insulators.

Nowhere do I see a blot out anywhere on any of these, and I've looked close at 'em.
