Here is a picture showing the shape profile of this CD 102 No Name Canada. The following photos will give a close up of the suspect comma or is it an under filled short bar. There are a couple things that are not jiving with the short bar theory but not totally certain till I can compare a couple examples with this piece. I had originally thought it to be a tiny STAR till the light hit it right and realized it may be something else. Also the shape of the profile did not match any of my star CD 102's.
