I sw this one about 5 poles down, bright blue color with that big empty spot in the dome, just like an american. Sure enough, it was an american. Just across the railroad there was abunch of houses with dogs barking at us tso we had to pass this one up. On the walk back however, we decided it was worth it to atleast try to grab the insulator down. Well see how that went...
