A top view of the Westinghouse U-649's. They were used on lines of The California Oregon Power Co. probably somewhere in southern Oregon. This company used the blue insulator for a neutral wire indicator on the 12.500 volt lines and the brown ones were for the energized wires. They generally ran all 4 wires on one cross arm, hence the need for a different looking insulator to mark the neutral wire.
