This bullet would shine with a good tumbling - From what I can see it has several fleabites on the dome and a small pinkynailed size chip in the skirt as well as a small flake in the base. There is a good patch of milk in the base and it goes up into the dome. I know it is there but cannot tell the extent of it with the mineral staining.
