Nice Carnival wide rim insulator in a compact size. Very nice condition. No chips, cracks or dings. Has some rubbing around the tie-wire groove and also in the top cable groove, but the bright carnival coating has a way of keeping your attention away from minor flaws. There is what appears to be a wire rub on the top of the rim on the back side but seems raised and may even come off. I haven't experimented. The carnival coating is wearing a little thin in places around the rim edge and the bottom half of the skirt, probably just from weathering. Again, nothing that jumps out at you. All in all a very nice looking little power piece. This picture was taken as the sun was getting low and with a darkish background, so the actual color is a bit lighter than it appears here.
