Built from 7-ply furniture grade plywood and Gorilla Glue. Dividers are Masonite. A stiff but cushy foam fills the top and bottom 1/3's of the case, sandwiching the glass for no rattling around inside. The hinge is a full length piano type. The clasp is a tightening type with a lock loop. I use a threaded hoodinkus as seen in the pic to keep the thing from accidentally opening up in transit. Will fit under an airplane seat and still holds 24 pony type insulators. Loaded, it will caused one arm to grow longer when walking the length of an airport concourse though.
