Here are three blue guy strain insulators. The left one is embossed: Locke. The middle one is unmarked, and was used in the Jacksonville, FL area. The right one is marked: COOK, and was also likely used in the Jacksonville area. For comparison, the COOK marked one is 4" in length. Oh, yeah, I think those are finger marks on the center insulator, on the upper right rib area.
