I forgot the proper name of these, but you know what it is from the picture. What is interesting is that this thing huge! 4 1/4" diameter, 5" tall (porcelain part only), and the hole is about 1 1/2" in diameter.

Incuse embosses PIERCE on one side, and incuse embossed H in a shield on the other (the latter is the side that is showing). Couple dings (see photo) and a few stuffs. Color is a little more chocolate brown than red brown as the picture shows.
