A new Petticoat variant.

I was playing around with a box load of various insulators I have and discovered this unlisted piece. The word "PETTICOAT" is actually "PETTICOA1" but the 1 is reversed and upside down. I have spliced the photos and you can see 2 normal T's in petticoat and the last T is a 1.
