This is an exceptional character piece.....beautiful dark teal green color; when viewed thru the bottom, there is a thick cloud of milk at the base of the pinhole; and some bubbles scattered thru-out. I've combined the 4 sides into one view to give an indication of its condition. First, it was cleanly frost-popped in half & reglued. There is a large, long, oval-shaped bubble on the base which was evidently open to the surface, and was filled in and repaired with resin, plus a 2nd, smaller chip / repair. Couple of dome chip / repairs. There are 2 half-inch chips on the wire groove lips, and multiple smaller ding / flakes. There is also a fair amount of scuffing around the piece, and a number of tiny pings. It is definitely well-used, but the history and character of the piece keep the damage from being offensive. Book on the dark teal green is $1500-1750..... I'd like $800 firm, plus actual shipping / insurance. Just for reference, this piece originally came from Robin Plewes.
