This is the underside of a heavy built baby blue unipart. This insulator was installed on a 34.5KV line west of Bluff City, Ks, untill a couple days ago! The thin intermediate skirt is similar to those on Locke 1244's, but the insulator as a whole is much heavier. Other than the date, it is a no name.
