Tensioning (sagging) the conductors. I used two sets of blocks and a sling with an extra grip. The center conductor is pulled up first and snubbed off with the sling and grip, then the two outside wires are brought up even with the center using the blocks. It's easier if you have three sets of blocks but it got done!
