Here's a great argument for cleaning dirty pieces! When I bought this years ago, it was covered in train soot. After a soak in the oxalic, it came to life with amber waves running thru it! It also has 3 odd "lumps" of glass on the inside of the outer skirt, as if the mold had smooth chunks out of it inside. Straw marks, wrinkles and sags in the glass give further character to it. Damage consists of several fleabites; some slight roughness to the rear embossing; 5 partially chipped drips; a 2" x 1/2" tall, no glass missing fracture at the base on the back; and a spot on the front base that may be a short fracture, it's hard to tell. This sounds much worse than it really is...this is a neat piece for the Hemingray or junky glass specialist. I've enjoyed it for years, but now it's time to let someone else have a turn. $35 plus actual shipping. I'm also open to trades....I specialize in junk in glass, Brookfields, CD 252's, and threadless. Thanks for the look!
