Now here's one for you Hemingray collectors. If you have to have an aqua Hemingray 40 in your collection, it may as well be a special one, right? Well, here it is! As the photo demonstrates quite nicely, this piece is just messed up! The front skirt on the piece was apparently "pulled" while still molten, and as a result, it has a very unusual upwards curvature, directly below the embossing. My finger is present in the photo simply to hold the piece in an upright, level fashion, as the base is so skewed that it doesn't stand up on its own!

The damage on the piece is limited to one nicked drip behind the right mould line, and a couple pings. There is one 3/16" ping on the front dome, two 1/8" pings, one on each side of the dome, and one 1/8" and one 1/16" ping on the dome top. The worst damage on the piece is one 1/4" by 3/16" area of "roughness" on top of the underlined 'o' in "No" on the rear skirt. It looks like some kids had fun throwing rocks at this poor fellow.

I'm asking $7 U.S. plus shipping for this unique piece. I accept PayPal, and personal cheques or money orders from any member of ICON, or anyone I've dealt with before. Please feel free to email me for more photos, or with any questions. I encourage you to look through my "For Sale (Not Sold)" stock, and combine items to save on shipping. All the best!
